Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and factory box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labels

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location for secure transport.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the hardware for integrity; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
